When charging, the red LED
immediately turns green.

Check that the battery is fully
charged. If it is not, the
battery or charger is faulty.
After charging for more than
4/5
hours,
the
charge
indication LED is still red
(note: it is very important to
charge the battery according
to the instructions to avoid
damaging the equipment).

3) the bicycle was not
charged after use, which
exacerbated the decrease in
charge,

low to charge the battery.

battery to avoid exacerbating
the decrease in charge,
4) do not charge with a
voltage lower than 100 V.
If the above solutions do not
work, contact your retailer or
a qualified professional.
If the charger fuse has blown: do not disassemble the charger but
take it to a qualified repairer who will replace the fuse with a new
one with the same characteristics (T3.15A/250 V).
