THE
WHISK
You
can
ship
light
ingredients
such
as
egg
whites;
cream;
instant
desserts;
and
eggs
and
suger
for
whisked
sponges.

whisk
heavier
mixtures

margarine
and
sugar,
you’ll
damage
the
whisk.
Don’t
whisk
more
than
5
egg
whites
or
500ml
(0.85pt)
cream.

let
liquid
get
above
the
whisk
wires.

the
wire

into

collar.

Fit
the

handle
inside
