3.10 Cleaning the exterior of the equipment
Warning:
To avoid electric shock,
• ensure that the electrical power to the equipment is interrupted;
• when cleaning the surface of the equipment, apply water to a cloth, and then wipe
the instrument or device. Do not spray or otherwise apply water directly onto any
equipment surface.

To avoid personal injury, use eye and hand protection during the cleaning
process.
Requirement:
Use eye protection when performing this procedure.
Requirement:
Wear clean, chemical-resistant, powder-free gloves when performing
this procedure.
To clean the exterior of the equipment:
Clean surfaces of the equipment using only a clean, soft, lint-free paper or clean cloth dampened
with water.
