When the X-ring function is enabled, RSTP must be disabled. The X-ring
function cannot exist at the same time as RSTP.

Menu
Use the
Security
menu to configure 802.1x and port security by MAC address. 802.1x
is an IEEE network standard that allows a client to connect to a wireless access point or
wired switch, but prevents the client from gaining access to the Internet until proper
authentication has taken place. Authentication is supplied through user name and
password which are verified by a separate server.
802.1x/Radius - System Configuration
Once the 802.1x function has been enabled, you are ready to configure the parameters
for this function.
IEEE 802.1x protocol
- enable or disable 802.1x protocol.
Radius Server IP
- set the Radius Server IP address.
Server Port
- set the UDP destination port for authentication requests to the specified
Radius Server.
Accounting Port
- set the UDP destination port for accounting requests to the
specified Radius Server.
