Maintenance Schedule
Perform the following procedures at the recommended intervals.

After the first 50 hours,
then every 500 hours.
Inspect the mounting hardware

Servicing the Oil
Check the oil level after every 8 hours of use. Change the oil after the first 50
hours of use and then every 500 hours there after.
Checking the Oil Level
1. Locate the oil level window to determine the oil level
and
2. Ensure that the oil level is centered in the window.
3. Add oil if necessary. Refer to:

Changing the Oil
Change the oil after the first 50 hours of operation and then every 500
hours thereafter.
Draining the Oil
1. Trip the circuit breaker. Refer
to:
"Tripping and Resetting the Circuit Breaker" on page 74
.
2. Remove the hardware that secure the pump to the mounting bracket
and set them aside (
).
Note:
The AQUIS 1.5 and 3.0 use 4 and the AQUIS 6.0 uses 6 nuts and
washers to secure the pump to the mounting bracket.

3. Place a container under the pump that is large enough to collect all
the oil that drains from the oil reserve.
Drain the lines before
