8. Troubleshooting

Ice Maker is Leaking

The Water Drain Cap may

not be properly tightened

Tighten the Drain Cap

Ice Cubes are melting

Location of the Ice Maker

may cause temperature

changes. Constant Opening

and Closing the Ice Maker

Lid may also cause

temperature fluctuations.

Leaving ice in the Ice Maker

for extended periods of time

may also result in the

appliance recycling the ice

by melting it down and

making a new batch.

Make sure the ice maker is always placed

in a temperature controlled area.

Avoid constantly opening and closing the

Ice Maker lid

Transfer ice blocks from the Ice Maker to

another container and store in a cooler or

freezer to avoid constant recycling of the

ice.

Ice block sizes are

inconsistent

The Ice Bucket may not

be level

Adjust the Ice Bucket and make sure it is

level, also ensure teh IceMaker is on a

level surface.
