No operation/no fan.
Check the fuse in the plug. Replace
if necessary.
The safety cut-off may have operated.
Please allow it to cool down for 15
minutes, then switch it back on.
No fire effect light.
Check if the LED’s are working.
Cleaning
Warning:
Always disconnect from the power supply before cleaning the fireplace.
For general cleaning, use a soft, clean cloth; never use abrasive cleaners or materials
(such as scourers, etc.).
The glass viewing screen should be cleaned carefully with a soft cloth. DO NOT use
proprietary glass cleaners.
