Repairs should only be carried out by qualified
technicians or by an authorised service centre.
Qualified technicians must have relevant
training and experience, be familiar with the
design and construction requirements of the
product and understand and follow the safety
regulations.
Cleaning
Only use spare parts / accessories from the
manufacturer or authorised and qualified
workshops.
The following original spare parts are available
from the customer service department of the
manufacturer:
• Clean the welder 1 , the welding cable with
electrode holder 11 and the welding cable
with earth clamp 15 only with a damp cloth.
Never use strong and / or abrasive cleaning
agents or solvents. Allow all the parts to dry
completely.
• Make sure that the ventilation slots are open.
• Clean the body regularly with a soft cloth.
• Always keep the welder clean. Dust deposits
can affect the cooling. If you work in a very
dusty environment the welder should be
cleaned monthly with compressed air.
CAUTION!
Make sure that liquids do not get inside
the product.
Storage
• Clean the welder thoroughly before storing
(see chapter "Cleaning").
• Keep the product in a safe, cool, dry and well-
ventilated place in its original packaging, out
of the reach of children when it is not being
used.
• Store the product at an ambient temperature
of 0 - 40° C.
• Lift and carry the device using the provided
handle.
• Wind up the mains cable.
• Secure the welder during transport against
tipping over.
• Use the original packaging and secure the
product against shock and vibrations during
transport.

• the ventilation slots are not blocked and
