6. Preparing the device for use
6.1 Assembly and disassembly of the warm light diffuser
• Unscrew the diffuser cap (4).
• Insert the orange diffuser.
• Close the diffuser cap (4) again.
• The diffuser is fully assembled.
6.2 Mounting on a lamp stand via 1/4 inch thread
As an alternative to free-hand use, you can mount the Walimex pro Ice Sword 300
Plus on a tripod/stand using the 1/4 inch thread (15) in the handle cap (14).
• Attach the light wand to the handle/battery compartment cap (14) with a 1/4
threaded connection on your stand/tripod head.
• When using a separate tripod head, the lamp can also be used tilted. During
the tilt angle adjustment, hold the LED light with one hand.
• Finally, check the secure position of the light wand again.
• The LED light is fully mounted.
