SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• 

Do not operate in case of observing physical defects, such as cracks, breaks, corrosion or other damage. In this case 
please contact your distributor to get the Wallbox device replaced.

• 

Only authorized specialist can open, disassemble, repair, manipulate or modify the Wallbox device. Unauthorized modi-
fication of the Wallbox equipment voids the manufacturer’s warranty.

• 

Unauthorized modifications or conversions are forbidden.

• 

Do not remove any notices on the device, such as safety symbols, warning notices, rating plates, nameplates or cable 
markings.

• 

Protect your Wallbox device from any impacts or waypoints to wich it could be exposed.

• 

The charging station does not have its own power switch. Always follow your local electrical regulations and norms, as 
applicable.

• 

The Wallbox chargers can only be used under the specified operating parameters and within the normal environmental 
conditions described on Product description.

• 

Do not use your Wallbox charger under inclement weather conditions that could affect either the vehicle or the Wall-
box device. Do not open the connector panel cover in the rain.

CONNECTOR RECOMMENDATIONS

• 

Always check the charging cable and contacts for damage and contamination before using them.

• 

Never use a damaged charging cable, vehicle inlet, or infrastructure socket outlet for charging.

• 

Never use contacts that are dirty or wet.

• 

Only connect the charging cable to vehicle inlets and infrastructure socket outlets that are protected against water, 
moisture and liquids.

• 

After stopping the charging process the vehicle connector and the infrastructure plug can be disconnected. Never 
use force to disconnect the vehicle connector from the vehicle inlet and the infrastructure plug from the socket outlet. 
Such dangerous actions can lead to serious injuries or even death.

• 

Depending on the charging station and the electric vehicle the termination of the charging process and the duration of 
unlocking may vary.

• 

There are electric vehicles that can be started with a connected charging cable. Always make sure to disconnect the 
charging cable before driving away.

• 

Do not use the charging cable with an extension cable or an adapter.

• 

If the connector emits smoke or starts melting, never touch the charging cable. If possible, stop the charging process. 
In any case, disconnect the power supply of the Wallbox device..

• 

Make sure that the charging cable is out of reach of children. The charging cable may only be used by persons with a 
valid driver’s license for motor vehicles.

• 

Be particullary careful with the connector, do not step on it or its cable.

• 

The cable must NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES be strained when connected to the vehicle.
