7. Using a 5/8” wrench and an 11/16” wrench,
reinstall the deck support arms using the re-
served hardware as shown in the Deck Sup-
port Arms (LH Shown) illustration. Fully tight-
en the nuts.

Reinstall Deck Support Arms
8. Using a 9/16 in. wrench, reinstall the tensioner
arm on the LH twin idler mount. Use the Rein-
stall Tensioner Arm illustration to ensure the
hardware is in the correct order. Fully tighten
the F013 locknut.

Reinstall Tensioner Arm
9. Reinstall the extension spring between the
tensioner mount assembly and the tensioner
arm.
10. Lift the seat panel and reconnect the deck
support arm safety harness to the main tractor
harness.
11. Reinstall the drive tires. Torque mounting nuts
to 75-85 lb
·
ft (102 to 115 N
·
m). Lower the
tractor back onto the drive tires.
12. Reinstall the deck. Follow the instructions in
the MR21 Operator’s Manual.
13. Reinstall the Blade Drive Belt (PTO). See the
Service section of the MR21 Operator’s Manual
for details.
