tion and prevent any potentially harmful impact on
people and the environment.
Adhere to the relevant legal requirements when disposing of the
appliance.
Information on the disposal of electrical and electronic appli-
ances in the European Community:
Within the European Community, national regulations
are specified for the disposal of electrical appliances,
based on EU Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Directive 2012/19/EC (WEEE). In accordance with this,
the appliance can no longer be disposed of with the
local or domestic waste.The appliance will be accepted
free of charge by local collection points or recycling cen-
tres. The packaging for this product is made from recy-
clable materials. Dispose of this in an environmentally
friendly manner by recycling it.
6. Place the new cutter onto the holder and press it onto the
holder (Fig. 8

Ensure that the spring is placed within the holder!
7. Reattach the shaving head with the shaver foil. Allow the shav-
ing head to snap into place.
8. Place the protective cap back onto the shaving head.
Problem solving
Shaver shaves poorly or is pulling hair out
Cause: Shaving head and blade are dirty.

Clean the shaving head. If this does not resolve the problem,
replace the shaver foil and the cutter.
Cause: Shaver foil and cutter are worn.

Replace the shaver foil and the cutter.
Skin injury
Cause: Damaged shaver foil.

Check whether the shaver foil was damaged during use and
replace the shaver foil if necessary.
Charging indicator does not light up
Cause: Appliance socket is dirty.

Clean the appliance socket.
Cause: Defective power supply.
f
Make sure that contact between the mains and the socket is
faultless.

Check the mains cable for possible damage.
