Replacement of diaphragms ref. 16
and 17 (Following their breaking).
If the diaphragms break and
consequently have to be replaced, it
is necessary to check the condition
of the packing of the motor block,
since it could have been damaged by
the pumped product.

- Proceed according to what
explained in paragraph 2 - a - b - c - d
- e.

- Remove the disk gasket ref. 26
and the inner diaphragm disk ref. 1.

- Remove the inner covers ref. 12
by unscrewing the screws located at
the centre of the cover. Take off the
gaskets ref. 30, 25, 28, 6: notice
carefully their position and check their
condition.

- Remove the exhaust flanges ref. 4
and check the condition of their
gaskets SC ref. 31.

- Push alternately the starter buttons
at the ends of the motor valve ref. 40.
Be sure that the spool slides
smoothly. If necessary, remove valve
and replace its gaskets (see
paragraph 1).

- Re-assemble the parts 6, 28, 3,
25, 30 and the inner cover ref. 12 on
one side only of the motor block.

- Looking inside the central hole of
the motor block, check the exact
position of the sliding blocks ref. 5.
It is imperative to assemble them with
the relief ends (step) in opposition, the
relief end on the same side of the
feeding tube outlet (side gasket
holder ref. 6) while the central milling
(the distance between two sliding
blocks) should be perfectly parallel
with the vertical axis of the motor
block.

- Reassemble all parts (see
paragraph 2).

- Démonter les couvercles intérieurs
pos. 12 en dévissant les vis placées
au centre du couvercle puis extraire
les joints pos. 30, 25, 28, 6 en
respectant scrupuleusement la
position et en vérifiant leur état.

- Démonter les brides déchargeur
pos. 4 en vérifiant l’état des joints
respectifs SC pos. 31.

- Appuyer alternativement sur les
boutons-poussoirs de starter placés
aux deux extrémités de la soupape
moteur pos. 40 en vérifiant que le
coulissement de la bobine s’effectue
sans un effort excessif. Si nécessaire,
procéder au démontage de la soupape
et au remplacement des joints
correspondants (voir paragraphe 1).

- Commencer à remonter toutes les
pièces pos. 6-28-3-25-30 et le
couvercle intérieur pos. 12 sur un seul
côté du bloc moteur pos. 2.

- Vérifier, en observant à l’intérieur
de l’orifice central du bloc moteur, le
positionnement exact des patins de
distribution pos. 5. Ils doivent être
montés avec les évacuations
d’extrémité (gradin) opposées, avec
l’évacuation d’extrémité positionnée
sur le même côté que l’écoulement
du conduit d’alimentation (côté
logement joint pos. 6) et avec le
fraisage central (espace entre deux
patins) disposé de façon parfaitement
parallèle à l’axe vertical du bloc
moteur.

- Remonter toutes les pièces (voir
paragraphe 2).

Sostituzione membrane pos. 16 e
17 (in seguito a rottura delle stesse).
Nel caso la sostituzione delle
membrane sia conseguente alla loro
rottura è necessario verificare lo stato
delle guarnizioni di tenuta del blocco
motore, che potrebbero risultare
danneggiate dal contatto con il fluido
pompato.

- Procedere secondo la sequenza
descritta al par. 2, punti a-b-c-d-e.

- Asportare la guarnizione per disco
pos. 26 ed il disco interno per
membrana pos. 1

- Smontare i coperchi interni pos.
12 svitando le viti poste al centro del
coperchio stesso quindi estrarre le
guarnizioni pos. 30, 25, 28, 6,
osservando attentamente la loro
disposizione e verificandone lo stato.

- Smontare le flange scaricatore
pos. 4 verificando lo stato delle relative
guarnizioni SC pos. 31.

- Premere alternativamente pulsanti
di starter, posti alle due estremità
della valvola motore pos. 40 verificando
che lo scorrimento della spola avvenga
senza eccessivo sforzo. Nel caso
procedere allo smontaggio della
valvola ed alla sostituzione delle
relative guarnizioni (vedere par. 1).

- Procedere al rimontaggio di tutti i
particolari pos. 6,28,3,25,30 e del
coperchio interno pos. 12 su un solo
lato del blocco motore pos. 2

- Verificare, osservando all’interno
del foro centrale del blocco motore,
l’esatto posizionamento dei pattini di
distribuzione pos. 5. Essi devono
essere montati con gli scarichi
d’estremità (gradino) contrapposti; con
lo scarico s.d. posizionato sul
medesimo lato di sbocco del condotto
di alimentazione (lato alloggiamento
guarnizione pos. 6) e con la fresastura
centrale (spazio fra due pattini)
disposta perfettamente parallela
all’asse verticale del blocco motore.
h
- Procedere al rimontaggio di tutti i
particolari (vedere paragrafo 2).

Remplacement membranes pos. 16
et 17 (à la suite d’une rupture).
En cas de remplacement des
membranes à la suite de leur rupture,
il est nécessaire de vérifier l’état des
joints d’étanchéité du bloc moteur qui
pourraient être endommagées par le
contact avec le fluide pompé.

- Procéder selon la séquence
décrite au paragraphe 2, points a-b-c-
d-e.

- Enlever le joint pour disque pos.
26 et le disque intérieur pour
membrane pos. 1.
