9 Troubleshooting
10 Warranty
The statutory warranty period applies. If the product is defective, please
contact your retailer or the manufacturer's branch in your country
(see dometic.com/dealer).
For repair and warranty processing, please include the following documents
when you send in the product:
 A copy of the receipt with purchasing date
 A reason for the claim or description of the fault
Note that self-repair or non-professional repair can have safety conse-
quences and might void the warranty.
NOTE
You can collect the remaining fluid (approx. 30 ml) in a suitable
container and use it for the next cleaning procedure.
Problem Possible cause Suggested remedy
No spray formation There is too little fluid in the
device. Top up fluid.
The ultrasonic cell is defective. Contact customer services (see
back page).
The fan is defective.
There is a fault in the connection
to the transformer.
Fluid is leaking out of
the device There is too much air-condition-
ing cleaning agent in the device. Drain excess air-conditioning
cleaning agent from the device.
The container is overflowing
because the device is standing
on a severe slope. Place the device upright.
The sealing in the device is
defective. Contact customer services (see
back page).
