The statutory warranty period applies. If the product is defective, please
contact the manufacturer's branch in your country (see the back of the
instruction manual for the addresses) or your retailer.
For repair and guarantee processing, please send the following items:
Defect components
A copy of the receipt with purchasing date
A reason for the claim or description of the fault
The preset radio stations
are no longer stored when
restarting the radio.
The battery cable is not
properly connected.
Connect the battery cable
correctly.
The USB flash drive or
memory card cannot be
inserted.
The USB flash drive or
memory card have been
inserted the wrong way
round.
Insert the USB flash drive
or memory card the other
way round.
The USB flash drive or
memory card cannot be
read.
The NFTS format is not
supported.
Ensure that the USB flash
drive or memory card has
the FAT32 format.
Due to differences in for-
mats, some USB flash
drives or MP3 players can-
not be read.
The remote control does
not function or does not
function correctly.
The batteries are weak or
empty.
Insert new batteries (type
CR2025, 3 V).
