Telephone operation
Wth your new
LS5146
telephone system, you can make and receve calls usng your Bluetooth cell
phone on the
CELL
lne wth the telephone system. You can also use your conventonal telephone
landlne to make and receve calls on the
HOME
lne.
Here are some quck nstructons to get you started. See the followng sectons for more detals.
To make or receve a call, press
HOME
or
CELL
(pages 53-58).
To end a
HOME
or
CELL
call on a handset, press
OFF/CANCEL
or place the handset n the
telephone base or charger.
To end a
HOME

call on the telephone base, press

To use the handset speakerphone on a

lne call, press to swtch between
speakerphone and normal handset use.
When enterng a telephone number, press

telephone base to make correctons.
Your new telephone system allows you to smultaneously make and receve calls on the
HOME
and
CELL
lnes (pages 61-62), place calls on hold (page 60), mute a call (page 60), conference calls
(page 62), and ntercom between handset(s) and the telephone base (pages 63-64).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If you turn off or dsconnect your Bluetooth enabled cell phone or headset, you may need to
manually connect your devce(s) to the telephone base agan. See the user's manual of your
devce for more nformaton.
