To cancel the Key Lock function, press and hold the
CANCEL button for 2 seconds.
Setting the battery type
You can set the battery type so that the low-battery display
(Page 7) will operate correctly.
When using alkaline batteries
1.
Press and hold the FINE button and Channel switch B
and connect a cable to the INPUT (L/MONO) jack.
When using nickel-metal hydride batteries
1.
Press and hold the CATEGORY button and Channel
switch B and connect a cable to the INPUT (L/MONO)
jack.
TIP:
Alkaline batteries are set as the factory default.
Kill Dry function
If the Kill Dry function is enabled, the dry sound (original
sound) will not be heard from the OUTPUT jacks. When the
Kill Dry function is enabled, you can set the volume of the
effect sound with the MIX knob.
When using the LOOPER, the Kill Dry function is
disabled. The volume balance of the delay sound and
direct sound can be set with the MIX knob.
When the Kill Dry function is enabled, the dry sound
will not be sent from the main OUTPUT even if the
Effects are off.
The Kill Dry function is disabled as the factory default.
Enabling Kill Dry
Press and hold the WRITE button and the TAP/BANK UP
switch and connect a cable to the INPUT (L/MONO) jack.
Disabling Kill Dry
Press and hold the CANCEL button and the TAP/BANK UP
switch and connect a cable to the INPUT (L/MONO) jack.
Key Lock function
The Key Lock function is useful in helping you avoid
pressing keys accidentally during your performance.
If the CANCEL button is pressed and held for 2 seconds,
usage of the buttons, knobs and selectors on the top panel
will be canceled and only the usage of the TAP/BANK UP
switch, Channel switches A–C and pedal will be enabled.
