6. APPLICATION OF THE MACHINE
The leafblower 750/1 PTO is standardly delivered for assembly behind tractors with a
PTO drive shaft number of revolutions of 540 rpm.
Forest paths, circuit roads etc. can be blown clean with the blowing mouth in standard
position, reversable blowing. By turning the blowing mouth 180 degrees, can be blown
away on the right side of the tractor. This is particularly applied for cleaning sideways
and lawns.
Never change the blowing chutes while the machine is still running. Only start the
machine after ensuring it is safe to do so.
6.1 Installing the machine
After installing the leaf blower as described in the safety instructions (4.2 and 4.3) you
need to carry out a test first to see whether all parts are functioning right. Take care that,
during this test, no materials can be blown away.
6.2 Starting up the machine
The leaf blowers cannot be switched on without installed blowing chute. After ensuring
the blower can operate safely, start the leaf blower as follows:
- Adjust the blowing chute to the correct position
- Adjust the chassis so, that the blowing chute (pos.1), will not touch the ground
during operation, adjust the height of the Leaf blower with the tractor’s hitch.
- Gradually increase the rpm of the PTO until the maximum rpm is reached.
Ensure that the ventilator always can aspirate sufficient air and adapt the driving speed to
the properties of the objects blown away.
6.3 Accessories.

7. MAINTENANCE
Performing regular maintenance according to a maintenance plan is a minimum
requirement to be sure of a safe and long use of the machine.
Besides regularly checking the oil, lubricating and checking for visual damage, you must
check the whole machine regularly, to see if all parts are functioning correctly, and if
necessary, to carry out repairs before using the machine again.
The following maintenance plan helps you to warrant a long and safe use. If the
machine is being used very extensively, we additionally recommend to have the
machine completely checked at the end of each season.
