MAKING PLAIN YOGHURT

First add 1.35L of Milk to the SMALL
CONTAINER.
NOTE: Ensure you do not overfill.

Next, add 150ml of Fresh Yoghurt.
CAUTION: Always check the expiration
date on the yoghurt you are using.

Using a whisk or mixing spoon (not supplied)
thoroughly mix the Milk and Yoghurt together.

Once mixed, place the CONTAINER COVER
on the SMALL CONTAINER.
NOTE: The CONTAINER COVER just sits on
top of the Container and does not secure the
contents, avoid tilting the Container once
ingredients are added.

Insert the SMALL CONTAINER into
the MAIN UNIT and securely place
the MAIN UNIT LID on top.

Connect the appliance to a suitable
mains outlet and press the POWER
BUTTON to activate. The small
INDICATOR LIGHT will illuminate to
indicate its switched on.

Leave the Yoghurt Maker switched on for

10 hours

for the fermenting process to work. After this 10 hour

period, remove the SMALL CONTAINER (with CONTAINER LID attached) and place in the refrigerator for
a further

 3 hours

to chill then enjoy! For a ‘Greek style’ yoghurt, proceed to the next page.
