If your prefer your Plain Yoghurt quite thick, add 2 heaped teaspoons of milk powder in with your yoghurt
and milk mixture before stirring well and placing inside the Yoghurt Maker.

Bare in mind, when adding puréed tinned fruit, chopped nuts, maple syrup or vanilla extract, that these
types of flavourings will dilute the yoghurt.

Fresh yoghurt makes a smooth base for salad dressings, dips, seafood sauce, and toppings for jacket
potatoes.

Greek Style yoghurt - 150g
Frozen or fresh blueberries - 150g
Honey - 3tbsp
Milk - 120ml
Ice cubes - 8-10
Greek Style yoghurt - 500g
Natural maple syrup - 3 tbsp
Walnut halves - 75g
Sunflower seeds - 40g
Muesli or granola
Wild honey
Almond
Apple
Apricot
Banana
Cherry
Chocolate
Coffee
Lemon
Orange
Peach
1 tbsp, chopped
¼ small apple
3 dried, chopped
1/3 banana, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp cherry jam and 6 cherries (stones removed)
2 tbsp chocolate syrup or 1 tbsp chocolate milk powder
1 tsp instant coffee, dissolved in water
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp orange marmalade or chopped orange
1 tbsp peach jam or 5 slices of peeled peach.
Remove your Greek yoghurt mixture from the
refrigerator and add to a blending jug along with all
the other ingredients. Blend until creamy and smooth,
top with a few fresh blueberries.
Mix the yoghurt with maple syrup and divide into
glasses or bowls.
Top with the walnuts, sunflower seeds, muesli
or granola. Drizzle with wild honey and serve
immediately!
