pressure. This takes less time 

than the natural release method, 

but longer than the cold water 

release method.

gentle cooking of delicate 

foods such as fish and 

vegetables.

UNLOAD/CLEANING

Turn the REGULATOR to 

this symbol to remove the 

REGULATOR from the UPPER 

HANDLE for cleaning.

SAFETY VALVE

Releases steam.

HIGH PRESSURE (II)

(90 KPA) Best setting for 
foods such as meats and 

poultry.

ADJUSTABLE REGULATOR

When the internal pressure 

reaches beyond the working 

pressure, redundant steam will 

be released from here.
