ATTACHING THE SAFETY GUARD &
THE GRINDING DISK
WARNING!
Always make sure that the Battery is removed from the Angle Grinder before making adjustments
or performing maintenance to the tool.
Take the Guard
(9)
and slot over the Shoe
(1).
Align
the notches and secure into place by closing the clip
and then tightening the screw.
IMPORTANT:
Ensure the Guard is in between the
user and the blade.
Place the Inner Washer
(6)
onto the thread of the
Shoe
(1)
and align the flat edges with those on the
thread.
Place the Grinding Disc
(10)
over the Shoe
(1)
and
rest it upon the Inner Washer
(6)
.
Take the Outer Washer
(5)
and place the flat side
against the Grinding Disc
(10).
Use the Spanner to
tighten together.
To tighten, hold down the Spindle Lock
(2)
and turn
the Grinding Disc until the Spindle Lock locates.
Place the Spanner
(8)
over the corresponding holes
and tighten whilst holding down the Spindle Lock.
