Meaning of special icons on the display:
“NOISE” icons: This icon flashes upon occurrence of high interference current in the earth loop
under test and the tester emits an acoustic signal. Measurement accuracy cannot be guaran-
teed at this point in time. The “NOISE” icon automatically identifies interference signals and
indicates when interference current is high.
“Er” boot error icon: This icon is displayed if the clamp lever is pressed when switching on the
tester or when the current clamp is not closed.
“OL Ω”: This icon indicates that the measured resistance has exceeded the measurement range
or that the current clamp is not in contact with the test object.
“L0.01 Ω”: This icon indicates that the measured resistance has fallen below the measurement
range.
“OL A”: This icon indicates that the measured current has exceeded the measurement range.
