2. Reflective temperature
• In the Reflective temperature submenu, press the “Left” and “Right” arrows to change the temperature values.
• The reflective temperature is important for radiometric temperature measurement. The Thermal Imager has
temperature compensation for reflective temperature.
• To get more accurate temperature measurements, set the reflective temperature accurately.
• In most cases, the reflected temperature is identical to the ambient temperature.
• The reflected temperature must only be set when objects with strong emissivity and much higher temperatures are
in the proximity of the object being measured.
3. Atmospheric humidity
• In the Atmospheric humidity submenu, press the “Left” and “Right” arrows to change the temperature values.
• Water droplets in the air can absorb infrared rays, therefore wet air can affect the accuracy of the temperature
reading. The humidity compensation can be set from 0%~100%.
