WARRANTY
Warranty information
Each new Volta motorcycle comes with
a two year, unlimited mileage warranty,
emphasizing our confidence in the
quality, and reliability of every single
model in the range.
Warranty conditions
Our warranty covers all our motorcycles.
The period of warranty cover, not
including the battery cells, is 24 months
from the date of registration or date of
sale to customer if the machine remains
unregistered.
The duration of the limited warranty of
the battery cells is 5 years or 100.000km,
whichever occurs first.
Warranty is given by Volta Motorbikes
and applies to all machines that
were first imported by the official
Volta distributor and that meet the
homologation / regulation requirements
of the country through which they were
imported into.
Warranty activation
Volta Motorbikes informs you that
the activation of the official warranty
is done by the Authorized dealer who
delivers the bike, once you have provided
them all the necessary data to fill up
the Warranty Card (at the end of this
book). If the purchase have been done
through an agent, he must fill the form
and send it to the authorized dealer for
its activation.
Obtaining a warranty service
Please arrange to visit us during our
normal business hours, taking with
you your vehicle, owner’s card and your
service book.
The Volta dealer obligation under your
warranty is to repair or replace, at the
discretion of Volta, any part found to be
defective in material or workmanship.
The repair will be free of charge for
materials and/or labour.
Volta warranty is in addition to, and
does not detract from, any local legal
rights such as local law or consumer act.
In the event of a suspected manufactu-
ring or material defect occurring after
the expiry of the warranty period, plea-
se bring it to the attention of your Volta
dealer who will, together with Volta, give
it full consideration in accordance with
our normal warranty conditions.
