INTRODUCTION
Place a container under the spigot and open the spigot
to allow the mix to fl ush out about 8 ounces (0.23 liters)
of sanitizing solution and liquid mix.

Install the bag adapter into a bag of mix.
Close the cab door.
Press the Pump button to turn the pump on.

Allow the cylinder to fi ll until
the pump shuts off . Press the
valve to release pressure in
the cylinder.
The cylinder will be fi lled to the
proper level after the pump
shuts off the second time.

Press the On/Off button to
turn on the freezing cylinder
then press the Push to
Freeze button.
When the product is ready,
the display will read “SERVE” or “SERVE 2”. Open the
spigot to dispense product.
