UV bulb start up failure

1   Press and hold the reset button for a couple seconds  When the blue LED 
flashes 3 times (long flashes),  run the unit to verify it’s working 

2   If #1 did not correct the problem, replace the ActivePure® Cell assembly

Unit is  working normally however, this  indicates it is  time to change  the 
ActivePure® Cell   The  blue  LED will continue to flash until the ActivePure® Cell
