Troubleshooting for VocalMist Portable Nebulizer

Device light does
not power on
1. Check to see if the nebulizer is charged.

Check to see if the liquid cup is filled.

Low nebulization,
Device shuts off
even though it is
charged, green
light blinks
1.
Confirm that the cup been filled only with
saline.
2. Tilt the unit so that the liquid is in contact
with the spray mesh.
3. The spray mesh maybe blocked by
minerals. You can drop 2 or 3 drops of
white vinegar into the saline cup with
3-6ml warm water, then fully nebulize.
Rinse the saline cup with water and let fully
dry before reconnecting to device body.
4. Remove the saline cup and check that
the gold pins are not stuck. They should
move in and out easily. Confirm that the
corresponding gold circles on the nebulizer
body are not tarnished, If they appear
tarnished, lightly scrap the gold pins to
remove tarnish before reconnecting.
