Eccellenza Café – Operating Manual

Initial Coffee Water Level Adjustment

When the Eccellenza Café is initially installed, you may be required to adjust the coffee

water level in the cup. Instead of going into the set-up and changing multiple water

settings, you can simply adjust the restrictor on the coffee valve to compensate.

Remove the water tank valve cover.

Loosen the two screws securing the top of the valve cover.

Pull the top of the cover towards you and lift it to free it at the

bottom. The coffee valve will now be accessible.

Adjust the restrictor on the coffee valve using an Allen key.

Turn the restrictor clockwise to decrease the water flow.

Turn the restrictor counter-clockwise to increase the water flow.

Re-install the water tank valve cover.
