Flushing System system consists of protective badge,

2.1.
Protective badge, functional water dispersion cell and (optional) bidet pipe are
all fixed together and when any of the parts on the set breaks down, the entire part set is
required to be replaced.

The set which consists of ceramic protective badge, (optional) bidet pipe and external
distribution duct is designed to be removed and re-mounted for cleaning purposes. You can
clean the set by pulling the sides of the protective badge and re-mount it. To
remove the protective badge, you should only pull by the sides and likewise, you
can fit it by pushing.

You can clean the protective badge set with a soap-based cleaner.

When you want to replace the internal rubber of protective badge, we
recommend that you consult service/after-sale service for support.

Wall Hung RIM-EX system products should be definitely used with compatible
concealed
cisterns. Functional problems may occur if flushing systems other than
concealed cisterns are used.

The tests of wall hung RIM-EX WCs are carried out for 6 lt in accordance with the
following concealed cistern standard information set out in EN 997
In other circumstances, your product may splash water or you may experience functional
problem with your product.

3. Use and Maintenance Manual for Chrome Surfaces
3.1

Surfaces of chrome-coated product should be wiped with soapy cloth and dried with
dry cloth every week for cleaning purposes.
3.2
.
On the areas where water hardness is high, chrome-coated surface should be wiped
more frequently to avoid build-up of gray stains on the surface.
3.3
.
To clean chrome-coated surface of the product; do not use abrasive sponges whose
one side is green or steel wools that contain hard substances.
3.4
.
In case of excessive contamination, do not use hydrochloric acid, similar acidic liquids
and powder cleaners.
3.5
.
Chrome-coated products should be wiped by a soft cloth damped with kerosene once
every six months or when necessary.
4. Considerations During Installation
4.1
.
The installation should strictly be undertaken by the authorized service.
4.2
.
While designing the infrastructure prior to the installation, consider the technical
manuals of the product and dimensions indicated.
4.3
.
Wall-mounted WCs should be fitted to concealed cistern installation system and
wall-mounted bidets should be installed by the special installation apparatus supplied with
the product. These products should not be directly mounted on the wall.

Auxiliary materials accompanying the product, or recommended auxiliary materials
should be used in installation.
4.5
.
Materials that expand while freezing such as cement, plaster, etc. should not be used
in installation.

5. Rules for Use, Maintenance, Transport and Repair
5.1

Sufficiently and properly protect the products against impact during handling and
storage
5.2
.
Store the products in indoor spaces to avoid fracture due to freezing effect induced by
water build-up.
5.3
.
Do not throw foreign objects (plaster, lime, cloth towel, paper towel, cigarette stub etc.)
in WC, squatting pan and urinal chambers that might plug their siphons.
5.4
.
In order to avoid stains on the ceramic surface caused by residues and foreign objects
from intra-building installation, water tank and mains, they should be regularly cleaned by
liquid cleaners that do not contain acidic and abrasive materials. Permanent spots may
occur on ceramic surfaces that are not cleaned for a long period of time.
5.5
.
Do not clean ceramic products with cleaners that contain acidic and abrasive powder
or hard cleaners (wool, sponge etc.).
5.6
.
Do not expose ceramic products to thermal shocks (pouring of extremely hot water).
6. Conditions Out of Warranty Coverage
The following conditions are outside the warranty coverage.

Damages due to abrasive materials added in WC Chamber and use of excessive
limewater and wrong use,

Failure to use the auxiliary materials accompanying the product, or recommended
auxiliary materials in installation,

Defects caused by the failure to install and use the product in compliance with the
technical manual or the instructions manual,

4.
Damages due to poor protection of the product during handling or storage after
delivery to the customer,
6.
5.
Damages due to improper installation, maintenance, repair and demounting by
unauthorized people,
6.

Using materials that expand while freezing such as cement, plaster, etc. in installation,

Exposure of ceramic products to thermal shocks (pouring of extremely hot water).
