GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT

The h ghest qual ty polymethylacrylate,  n other words, "Acryl c"  s used as the pr mary mater al  n the product on of V trA Acryl c 
Bathtub Systems. Acryl c wh ch has a h gh wear res stance  s preferred because  t can be eas ly cleaned and does not host 
m croorgan sms.Acryl c  s known to be one of most accommodat ng mater als for human nature. Hav ng a flex ble structure, 
acryl c ma nta ns  ts res l ence aga nst  mpacts and does not deform. Any small scratches wh ch m ght occur on the surface can 
eas ly be el m nated through pol sh ng. Acryl c products do not lose the r sh ne due to a homogenous d str but on of color cells, 
and saves the “first day appearance” over years.

The acryl c plates used  n the product on of V trA V trA Acryl c Bathtub Systems meet the EN 263 Standards for Acryl c Plates 
and are suppl ed from Luc te Internat onal (ICI) wh ch  s one of the lead ng producers  n the word. The plates are assured aga nst 
wear and tear through a ten-year ag ng test conducted by TUBITAK.

As the Acryl c Hydromassage Bathtubs are produced  n compl ance w th EN6035 – 1 / EN60335 -2-60 standards, V tra meets 
the TS 301-DIN 2440 standards  n leg sets and EN 274 standards  n flushers.

The usage l fe of the product  s 10 years as per the commun qué on “After-sale Serv ces of Industr al products” publ shed by TR 
the M n stry of Industry and Trade.

MATTERS REQUIRING ATTENTION DURING SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION

1-  The products should be transported and placed accord ng to the transportat on and protect on s gns found on the package.
2-  Dur ng the forkl ft carr age of products sh pped  n crates or cardboard packag ng you should make use of pallets.
3-  In order to prevent products from break ng dur ng the r storage and protect on they should be placed  n accordance w th the 

d rect on  nd cated on the packag ng and plac ng them on top of one another should be avo ded.

4-  Product parts removed from packages opened for the purpose of carry ng to floors should be checked and carr ed  n a 

protected manner.

5-  The protect ve film cover over the product should not be removed before transportat on,  nstallat on and repa r transact ons.
