shaft’s rotation mode
:
▪
Placing forward/reverse switch to the left, the shaft

Do not operate the equipment at low rotation for long
periods of time.
Operating mode selector switch
The impact drill can be used in two different ways,
drilling or percussion/impact drilling.
The percussion/impact drilling mode is exclusively
intended for drilling work on materials such as concrete,
stone, bricks, among others.
In all other types of work, the drill must operate on
drilling mode.
When the equipment is used to screw and unscrew,
select the drilling mode and make sure that the
tightening accessory is well tightened.
The operation mode shall be selected or changed only
when the drill is switched off.
Drilling or percussion/impact drilling mode:
1. To operate on drilling mode, push the operating
mode selector switch (4) to the right.
2. To work in percussion/impact drilling mode, push the
operating mode selector switch to the left. Never use
this mode with the counter-clockwise direction of
rotation, otherwise it may cause damage to the drill.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
This power tool was conceived to operate during a long
period of time and with little maintenance needs. To
operate continuously and with no issues, its user must
perform a proper maintenance and a regular cleaning.
Before inspection, maintenance and cleaning works,
turn off the power tool and unplug the power cord.
Carbon brushes replacement
The engine won’t
run if the carbon brushes are worn.
The carbon brushes must be replaced in good time,
otherwise there will be imperfect contact between the
carbon brushes and the switch, which can cause sparks
and damage to the drill. The two carbon brushes should
be replaced at the same time by two brushes with equal
characteristics.
1. Unplug the power cord;
2. Unscrew the fixing screws and remove the impact
drill’s housing carefully to avoid that the electrical
mechanisms move from their places;
3. Untighten the carbon brush holders and remove the
worn-out carbon brushes;
4. Place some new carbon brushes (pay attention to the
direction in which the brushes are placed);
5. Before placing the housing, check if all electrical
mechanisms and cables are positioned correctly;
6. Place the housing and tighten the fixing screws;
