•
Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.

Provide that the power cord does not contact
with hot surfaces and sharp furniture edges.

Do not wind the power cord around the unit
body.
•
Check the power cord insulation integrity from
time to time.
•
If the power cord is damaged, it should be
replaced by the manufacturer, a maintenance
service or similar qualified personnel to avoid
danger.
•
Do not attempt to repair the unit. Do not dis-
assemble the unit by yourself, if any malfunc-
tion is detected or after it was dropped, unplug
the unit and apply to any authorized service
center from the contact address list given in
the warranty certificate and on the website
www.vitek.ru.
•
Transport the unit in the original package only.
•
Keep the unit out of reach of children and dis-
abled persons.
THIS UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE
ONLY. ITS COMMERCIAL USAGE AND USAGE
IN PRODUCTION AREAS AND WORK SPACES IS
PROHIBITED.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage at low tem-
perature keep it for at least three hours at room
temperature.
ATTENTION! The product is intended as an addi-
tional heating device for the air in indoor spaces
only. This product is not intended as a main heat-
ing device.
•
Unpack the unit.
•
Check the unit for damages, do not use it in case
of damages.
•
Make sure that the unit operating voltage corre-
sponds to the voltage of your mains.
•
Make sure that the mode switches (4) are set to
«0»
(the unit is switched off).
SETTING
Stand mode
•
Turn the unit over.
•
Insert the support plates (1) in the openings in
the convection heater body and fix them with the
screws (3) (pic. 1).
•
Turn the unit over and set it on the wheels.
Wall mounting
Important: before drilling into the wall, make sure
there are no electrical wires or pipes in the area.
Use the supplied wall brackets
A
(7) and
B
(8) and
the corresponding screws and anchor bolts (9) to
mount the convection heater on the wall.
1. Fix the wall brackets
A
(7) (pic. 2).
2. Attach the convection heater to 2 wall brackets
(7, 8) mounted on the wall. Fix 2 wall brackets
B
(8) in the rear part of the convection heater
base (pic. 3). Mark the mounting points of the
bracket (7, 8) on the wall (fix the base of the
convection heater when installing to prevent it
from falling).
3. Remove the convection heater, drill the wall and
insert the anchors (9).
4. Fix the fan heater again by inserting the
brackets

(8) into the base of the heater and
secure them in the holes in the wall with the
screws (10).
Do not install the unit directly above the fixed
mains socket. Install the unit so that the plug is
easily accessible even after installation.
HEATER USAGE
•
Before switching the unit on, make sure that
your home mains voltage corresponds to the
operating voltage and that the switches (4) are
set to the
«0»
position (the unit is switched off).
•
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
•
Set the mode switches (4) to the necessary
position:
0
– the convection heater is switched off;
I
– minimum heating power (800 W);
II
– medium level of heating power (1200 W);
III
– maximum level of heating power (2000 W).
To switch the convection fan heater on at this
power level, set the button
I
and the button
II
to
the position «
On
». Also the thermostat (6) must
be switched on, to switch the thermostat (6) to
maximum power, turn the switch clockwise to
maximum value.
•
To switch the unit off, set the switches (4) to the
position
«0»
and turn the thermostat (6) coun-
terclockwise, then disconnect the unit from the
mains.
Notes:
–
While the first switching on the heating element
burns, therefore occurrence of a small amount
of smoke or foreign smell is possible. It is nor-
mal.
–
Do not open windows and doors when the unit is
operating; otherwise you will not get the desired
results, due to cold air inflow.
WARNING! Do not cover the heater to avoid
overheating.
•
If the unit is not switched on, it may mean that
there are damages in the convection fan heater.
In this case contact an authorized service center
to repair the unit.
