•
Use only the pusher (1) provided. Do not
push the products with other objects or your
fingers.
•
Do not immerse the meat grinder body into
water or other liquids.
• When using «Kebbe» attachm ents (15) and
sausages attachm ent (14) do not put grates
(9, 12, 13) and the blade (10).
•
Do not try to process food with hard fiber (for
example, ginger or horseradish) in the meat
grinder.
•
In order to avoid obstructions do not use
excessive force while pushing meat.
•
If the screw or cutting blade stop working due
to hard piece stuck in the feeder, switch the
unit o ff immediately and remove the obstruc
tion before starting operation again.
•
If the overheating protection system has
actuated due to overloading, do not switch
the unit on at once, wait for 20-30 m in
utes, then continue operating, but push the
food into the grinder head opening with less
efforts.
• To select the reverse mode (REVERSE) of
meat grinder, switch it o ff by pressing the
«ON/OFF» button (6) and wait for 5-6 sec
onds to let the m otor stop completely, only
then press the «REV» button (5).
Before using the m eat grinder
A fte r the unit transportation o r storage a t low
tem perature it is necessary to keep it fo r a t
le a s t two hours a t room tem perature b efore
switching on.
- Unpack the meat grinder and remove all
package materials, wipe the unit body with a
damp cloth.
- Wash all removable parts with warm water
and a neutral detergent, then rinse and dry.
- Before using the unit for the first time, make
sure that voltage in your mains corresponds
to the voltage specified on the unit.
Using the m eat grinder
• The meat grinder is intended to grind bone
less meat (for household use only).
• Assemble the unit and place it on a flat dry
surface.
•
Make sure that ventilation openings on the
body are not blocked.
•
Before using the unit for the first time, make
sure that voltage in your mains corresponds
to the voltage specified on the unit.

Insert the power plug into the socket.
•
Place a suitable bowl under the grinder head
(3).
•
Make sure that the meat is defrosted th o r
oughly, remove excess fat and bones, and
cut the meat into small cubes or strips of
such size, that allows to freely put them into
the food tray opening (2).
•
Switch the unit on by pressing the «ON/OFF»
button (6), the indicator will light up.
•
Slowly feed the meat pieces into the grinder
head body (3) using the pusher (1).
•
During operation use only the pusher(1) sup
plied.
•
Do not use any other objects to push meat,
do not push meat with your hands.
•
Do not make excessive efforts to push the
food.
•
Food obstruction may appear during meat
grinding. Use the reverse mode to remove
the obstruction.
• To use it switch the grinder off by pressing
the «ON/OFF» button (6), wait till the motor
stops completely, then press the «REV» but
ton (5); switch to normal operation mode in
5-6 seconds.
•
Continuous operation tim e of the unit should
not exceed 15 minutes.
• After 15 minutes of continuous use, switch
the unit o ff and let it cool down to the room
tem perature (about 1 hour), after that you
can continue operation.
• After you finish operating, switch the unit
off, pressing the «ON/OFF» button (6), and
unplug the unit; after that you can disas
semble the unit.
M ea t grinding
- Insert the screw (11) into the grinder head
body (3), set the crossed blade (10), select
the required grate (9, 12,13) and set it above
the blade, matching the grooves on the grind
er head body (3), tighten the nut (8) (pic.1)
Attention!
•
Face the blade cutting side to the grate.
I f the b lade is installed improperly, it will
not m ince the products.
•
When assembling the g rinder head, do
not tighten the nut (8 ) strongly; tighten
it com pletely a fte r setting o f the assem
bled m e a t g rinder head.
