Brake:
The Q5 drive uses an electronic brake. When you press the brake lever harder, you will
get more braking power. Don’t accelerate when braking.
Cruise control:
After driving at a constant speed for 6 seconds, the drive module will be in cruise
control mode and move at a constant speed (no need to press the accelerator lever).
When increasing speed, slowing down, or changing gear, the module will come out
of cruise control mode.

Warning: before recharging, first install the battery and then connect the
charger. When the charging cycle is complete, first unplug the charger
from the power source and then unplug the battery pack from the battery
jack on the drive!

Charging the battery
1. Press the button, as shown in figure 14.
1. Turn off the power to the drive with the multifunction switch.
2. Remove the battery from the drive..
3. Plug the charger’s power cord into a USB socket.
4. Uncoil the charger cable and plug it into a proper power outlet. It is recommended
to charge the battery for 4-6 hours.
5. When the battery is fully charged, unplug it from the power outlet, and then discon-
nect the drive from the charger.
Warning:
Turn off the power of the drive before removing the battery.
