To fold the steering handles, slide the spring-
lock rings on the left side to the left and on the
right side to the right.
1. Loosen the allen screw in the handlebar
bracket as shown in Figure 8.
2. Either slide the handlebar in or out to the
desired height.
3. Tighten the screw.
