• Adjust the adjustment foot (8), so that the spinning bike is perpendicular to the ground.
• Insert the adapter line to power hole on the back of main frame (right side), then plug the adapter into
an outlet.
• Check that all parts / screws are correctly attached and without play. So prevents parts from coming
loose.
ATTENTION:
Cut off the power source when don’t use it long time.
