MACHINE PREPARATION
Operation of the set nut and the jamb nut
Step 1: Position the tube on the drive shaft. Pump
and make contact between the upper roller and tube.
DO NOT EXERT PRESSURE.
Step 4: Take note of the vertical (15) and horizontal (0)
calibration position.
Step 2: Turn the set nut until making contact with the
hydraulic cylinder.
Step 3: Turn the jamb nut until making contact with
the set nut.
Step 5: Fix the groove depth. For example for 4“ the
depth is 2.11mm. Pull back the jamb nut 2.11mm
on the vertical scale. Each line of the circular scale is
equivalent to 0.1mm.
