In-/Output area
The following in-/output areas are used by the 050-1BA10:
At CPU, Profibus and ProfiNET the input respectively output area is
embedded to the corresponding address area.
IX = Index for access via CANopen
SX = Subindex for access via EtherCAT

In the SLIO module there is a timer (µs ticker). With PowerON the timer
starts counting with 0. After 65535µs the timer starts with 0 again.
