6 Record Method
Sets the method by which you control the recording and tagging of
video or capture of still photos.

8 Video Resolution and Frame Rate
Sets the video resolution and frame rate for recording video.

9 Image Quality
Adjusts the amount of compression applied to the recorded video.
Higher quality means less compression but larger file sizes. Lower
quality means more compression and smaller file sizes.

Important Note:
The
Very High
(16 Mbits/sec) setting is intended
primarily for professional video recording. Most personal computers
may experience difficulty when playing back video recorded at 16
Mbits/sec. The
High
setting will produce the best video reproduction
for most normal use.
