Massage Function
Manual nozzle cleaning mode
Nozzle moves back
automatically
Nozzle will move back automatically
after 5 minutes of manual cleaning.
This is a normal phenomenon.
Nozzle sprays water after
pressing the manual nozzle
clean button
Some electro conductive media on
seat, e.g. water drops or wet paper.
The sensor will recognize a user using
viClean.
Remove the electro conductive media
from the seat.
Indicator light (on decoration cover) and alarm functions
Continuous "beep" "beep"
sound from buzzer
The water temperature is too hot. Cut off power and stop using viClean.
Open the water shutoff valve and make
sure the water supply recovers. Then
connect the power and switch on
product again.
Red indicator light on the unit is
flashing
Blue and green indicator light
on the unit are flashing
The product has been switched on
before water flows into product.
Open shut-off valve before you switch
on viClean if it is the first time for use.

and it is bright in the room.

Deodorizer function
Deodorizer does not work
The user does not touch the sensor in
seat.
Adjust to touch the seat sensor.
viClean is in a wash operation. This is a normal phenomenon. During
wash operations, the deodorizer is
automatically switched off.
The deodorizer function is switched off. Activate the function by remote control.
Pulsating function does not
work after pressing the wash
button on the unit
You cannot press any wash buttons on
the unit to execute the pulsating
massage function.
Double press the button of the pulsating
functions on remote control.
Deodorizer is still enabled after
leaving viClean
Deodorizer function will remain
activated for 60 seconds after the user
left viClean to ensure unpleasant odors
are eliminated completely.
This is a normal phenomenon.
