• Do not keep acidic foodstuffs in your cookware for a longer period of time as
the acid may react with the material.
• When frying with fat always put the fat into the empty pan before heating it up.
• Turn up the heat to the medium-high or medium temperature at most. Turn
down the heat when the fat begins to smoke lightly. Then lay the food to be
fried in the pan.
• IMPORTANT! Use margarine or butter for egg, fish, flour and potato dishes.
Use oil and hard fat for meat (without breading) only.
• Be careful with hot fat.
• Never leave a pot or pan without attention.
• Extinguish burning fat with a blanket or a fire extinguisher.
• When frying food without fat there is no oil to give an indication of how hot the
pan is. For this reason heat up the pan to medium temperature at most and
make sure that it does not overheat.
• When using the cookware on an induction hob at high setting there may be
a humming sound. This occurs for technical reasons and does not indicate
a fault in your cooker or cookware. The diameter of the base and the size of
the hob must correspond in size otherwise the hob/magnetic field may not
react to the pan base.
• The cookware is designed exclusively for cooking, not for storing food. Food
that is stored in the cookware for a longer period may affect the surface of the
cookware and take on the taste of metal.
• Do not put the steamer insert 20 cm onto any heat source directly. Always use it
together with the casserole 20 cm when cooking.
FRYPAN AND WOK WITH NON-STICK COATING
• Advise to wash the product by hand after use.
• Do not use steel wool or anything that may scratch the coating. Dishwasher
detergent can also affect the surface.
• Only use wooden or plastic utensils without sharp edges and avoid direct
cutting on the pan.
• Do not let the pan boil dry as the base becomes skew from overheating and the
coating loses its non-stick properties.
• Please note that all items with non-stick coating are not suitable to use in oven.
