Calibration process for TS21I_ELE_O2
TS21I_ELE_O2 needs to be calibrated once in year from support or installation team. For
calibration, it requires calibrated gas cylinder
The connectors in the circuit associated with calibration process are shown as below.
Ensure that sensor is properly connected on RASS_4124 CON1.
Function names in the menu
Process Steps
1.
IPZC
(Input Zero Calibration)
This is a calibration function used
to calibrate sensor in clean air. It
displays raw sensor data on
seven segment display.
1.
Preheat the sensor for minimum 15 minutes.
2.
Go to menu
IPZC
.
3.
Note down the count in clean air. Press
ENTER
key
to save the setting.
4.
Press
ESCAPE
key to exit from configuration mode
and remain in Idle or Scan mode.
2.
19.5
(19.5 % vol calibration)
This is a calibration function used
to calibrate sensor for 19.5 %
vol gas. This menu must be used
only when the unit is in clean
atmosphere. It displays sensor
data on seven segment display.
1.
Go to menu
19.5

2.
Use 19.5 % vol concentration calibration gas
cylinder and give gas to the sensor.
3.
Note down the count.
4.
Press
ENTER
key to save calibration.
Note
: Do not stop giving gas to sensor until settings
are saved.
5.
Press
ESCAPE
key to exit from configuration mode
and remain in Idle or Scan mode.

23.5
(23.5 % vol calibration)
This is a calibration function used
to calibrate sensor for 23.5 % vol
gas. This menu must be used
only when the unit is in clean
atmosphere. It displays raw
sensor data on seven segment
display.
1.
Go to menu

2.
Use 23.5 % vol concentration calibration gas
cylinder and give gas to the sensor.
3.
Note down the count.

Press

key to save calibration.

(Output 1 Zero calibration)
This is a calibration function used
to calibrate current output for
4mA.

(Output 1 Span calibration) This
is a calibration function used to
calibrate current output for
20mA.

Go to menu

.
2.
Measure current between
C+
and
C-
connections on
CON2
.
3.
Press
Up
or
Down
key to increase or decrease the
count to get
4mA
output across C+ and C-.
4.
Press
ENTER
key to save the count.
5.
Go to menu
o1SC
.
6.
Measure current between
C+
and
C-
connections on
CON2
.
7.
Press
Up
or
Down
key to increase or decrease the
count to get
20mA
output across C+ and C-.
8.
Press
ENTER
key to save the count.
9.
Press
ESCAPE
key to exit from configuration mode
and remain in Idle or Scan mode.
