18. Remove blank screw from front
burner plate and replace it with
support bracket - extension bolt
(Fig. 7 and 8).
19. Fire the burner and make final
burner adjustment using a
combustion analyzer.
20. For Natural gas the CO
2
level
should be around
9.4%, Oxygen O
2
- 4.1% and
CO<25 ppm.
21. Log the final setting results and
attach printout from the
analyzer to test sheet on the
last page.
22. Fax the test results to
(519) 885-1134 immediately
after the installation.
