Maximum boiler water temperature limit
The Dekamatik incorporates two devices for
limiting the maximum boiler water
temperature:
- electronic temperature high limit
(factory setting 261
ºF
/ 127
º
C).
- adjustable high limit
“
”
for limiting the
boiler water temperature
(factory setting 167
ºF
/ 75
º
C).
The adjustable high limit
“
”
takes
precedence over the electronic
temperature high limit
i.e. you can only effectively influence the
maximum supply temperature below the
value set on the adjustable high limit
“
”
.

Example of display for changing the
”electronic temperature high limit”
To change the maximum supply
temperature limit:
H
Use selector buttons as per menu
structure (Overview 1, page 8) to select
the heating curve for the boiler
circuit.
H
Make the change with the
“
”
adjustment knob and confirm with the
appropriate key.
Note:
When domestic hot water is being heated,
the boiler water temperature
is limited by the electronic calculation and
the adjustable high limit
“
”
.
The maximum limit of the supply
temperature set here is not affected
by this.
Differential temperature
(only in conjunction with a Dekamatik-HK/SH heating circuit control unit)
The differential temperature is the minimum
difference by which the boiler water
temperature should exceed the highest
currently required supply temperature of the
heating circuit(s) with mixing valve.
