User control by system administrator
: System administrators can control the
access to the system by users logging onto
Security Terminal via Kollector Dial-up.
Administrators has the authority to add, delete
and limit user access to the system and may
grant, deny and modify the delegated user
authority of each user.
1) Add User
a. Click <Add User>.
b. Enter ‘User ID’, ‘Description’, ‘Password’ and
‘Confirm Password’.
c. To grant a user with an additional authority,
select
the desired functions to grant in the
‘Unsupported
functions’ list and click <Add> to move the
function
to ‘Supported functions’.
d. Only the functions listed in the ‘Supported
functions’ list can be used by the particular
user.
2) Remove User : Select the user to be deleted and click <Remove>.
3) Properties
To display registered user information, select a
user to view and click “User Properties”. The
registered information can be modified on the
screen.
a. Remove functions
Select the functions in ‘Supported function’ and
click <Remove>.
b. Add functions
Select the functions in ‘Unsupported function”
and
click <Add>.
4) Import
Adds an external user list created with *.dou file format to the current list.
