15. Maintenance instructions
16. Technical and functional features
After usage the pressing tool must be cleaned and stored in a dry place. Both the power
pack and the battery charger must be protected from humidity and foreign materials.
Principally the equipment does not require maintenance.
After the previously set processes are completed it is necessary to take the pressing tool
to the technical assistance service for inspection to guarantee trouble-free operation and
increase the lifetime of the machine. The customer is not authorized to perform mainte-
nance.
•
The body of the pump as well as all components are made of high-strength durable
materials and tested.
•
The casing is entirely made of isolating, shock resistant polyamide, reinforced with
glass fibre.
•
The equipment has a light, compact and robust structure.
•
The range of the operating temperature is between –20°C and +40°C.
•
The pressing power of the pump is 32kN.
•
The safety valve of the system is adjusted to 40kN.
•
The system is equiped with an extreme rapid advancement due to a special double
piston technology, characterized by a low-pressure advancement and a slow high-
pressure advancement.
•
The release travel of the working head is controlled by the software.
•
There is the option to show the progress of compression on the PC (pressure and ope-
rating time) by the provided software.
•
Control of the equipment is made through a micro-controller.
•
Pressure control is performed by an electronic pressure sensor.
•
The charge of the power pack is constantly kept under control.
•
Management of technical assistance is performed with an electronic system.
•
The traceability of processes is ensured by automatic recording and storing in an inter-
nal memory.
•
The data saved can be read and the software can be updated by a mini USB inter-
face.
•
Additional LED indicators provide rapid information on the status of the machine.
•
The first maintenance service should be performed after 20,000 cycles, but can be
freely programmed depending on the operating conditions.
