17. Installation instructions of software
17.1 System requirements
The PC on which the software is installed must fulfill the following requirements:
Operating system:
Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7
CPU:
Pentium 4; 1,7 GHz at least
Random acces
memory:
512 MB or more (we advise at least 1 GB)
Hard disc:
200 MB (1 GB recommended)
Screen resolution:
1024 x 768 or higher, 65.535 colors or more
Miscellaneous:
CD-ROM-Reader, USB 2.0
17.2 Plug & Play
After successful installation of the software provided the battery powered hydraulic tool
SPM32 is automatically recognized by the computer and the programs or data can thus
be updated.
A detailed installation instruction can be found on the CD-ROM provided.
18. What to do in case of dysfunction
In case of dysfunction the pressing tool is shut down automatically and remains blocked.
The service LED illuminates red or orange. Further process is only possible by changing the
battery respectively removing it for a short time and then putting it back to place.
If failure of the pressing tool continues after „reset“, contact the VETEC customer service.
