WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
1. Warranty is void if the care instructions in this use & maintenance manual, and any amendments thereto that can be
published on www.vervecycleworks.com, are not followed by the owner
2. Warranty on the whole e-bike is void if the e-bike system is operated with a battery, other than the one designed and provided
by Verve CW S.r.l.., and/or in case of battery overcharging or any other behavior not adhering to care instructions in this manual
4. This Warranty exclusively covers systems and components provided by Verve CW S.r.l..
The use of spare parts from other sources, for example, replacement parts from third parties voids this warranty.
5. Photo and/or video contents may be required to the owner to describe the problem and successfully request a warranty claim
of spare parts.
Warranty parts will be sent exclusively to the original address of the e-bike shipping.
6. Verve CW S.r.l.. undertakes, at its own discretion to either repair faulty system components and/or to replace such
components.
Upon identifying a fault with a Verve e-bike, the owner must contact Verve CW S.r.l.. at the email address

Verve CW S.r.l.. has the rights to approve or not warranty claim, and if necessary to request further photo/video material or to ask
the owner to ship the part subjected to warranty claim at owner's cost for further inspection.
Repair works performed by not qualified bicycle workshops will cease warranty claim and any remaining warranty period will be
voided. Repair work and direct replacement during the warranty period may be performed with functionally equivalent
replacement components.
