Failure modes & Error messages:
The Vertiv Mobile App will retry a scan 2 times if the scan cannot be completed. The scan can fail due to
the smart device being unable to correctly capture all the VLC data correctly. If the app cannot properly
capture the data, it will retry twice, or display one of the following messages:
